[DCN-TechOps] Re: SPAM tagging

UCD has recently started spam tagging too.  They have web page that helps 
with the filter configs (http://security.ucdavis.edu/spam.cfm).  Such a 
page might be good for DCN too.

I agree that the header is sufficient.
