[DCN-TechOps] Advice on tape backup system

Very many thanks for the valuable information and advice provided to 
Explorit by members of both DCN TechOps and the Web Team.

Explorit's web presence and Internet Technologies savvy developed 
back in the later 1990s as a fully fledged DCN/IPC Project.  It is 
now pretty much on its own with a large web site hosted by DCN but 
obviously can still benefit from DCN's generous attitudes toward the 
community.
