			(Bluejay flew into PGE transformer,
			taking out entire block.)

   wheel:

	08Sep05 11:00-12:00	Wheel experiencing excessive system	(0:03)
				load. Moderately high web-server usage,
				but not enough to cause this.  Cannot
				identify processes causing the load.
				Rebooted at 12:00.

	12Sep05	00:09-00:12	Wheel rebooted to try to solve		(0:03)
				sendmail slowdown.

	12Sep05	00:12-01:03	Webserver on wheel down because reboot	(0:51)
				did not complete due to spoke problem.
				(See below.)

	22Sep05	10:50-11:19	Wheel shut down after battery backup	(0:29)
				exhausted during power outage
				(See above.)


	  web:
		Scheduled interruptions every Saturday midnight
		for cycling log files.  downtime ~3 min.

   spoke:
	00:00 01-Oct-05 uptime = 8 days 12:40 hours

	12Sep05	19:30-01:03	Spoke frozen.  Cause unknown.		(5:30)
				Possible DOS attack.

	22Sep05	10:50-11:20	Spoke shut down after battery backup	(0:30)
				exhausted during power outage.
