Issue: DCN NOC (and whole block) Loses power, PG+E notified immediately.

Resolution: Power restored at about 10:15, all servers switched back on. 
The NET UPS in the NOC we use rode out almost the entire outage.

Further Issues:  The UPS running Indra, and reid-mcmahon .com shut down 
immediately, and now appears to have logic board issues requiring an RMA 
which is in process.
